Turkish Citizenship by Real Estate Investment

It is an official program launched by the Turkish government that allows foreign investors to apply for Turkish citizenship by purchasing one or more properties with a minimum total value of USD 400,000, in accordance with approved regulations.

The minimum qualifying real estate investment is USD 400,000.

The investor must commit to holding the property for at least three years from the date of purchase.

As long as the total value equals or exceeds USD 400,000 and all properties are registered under the same citizenship application file.
